On the road to discover what you want, need, and wish to fulfill, I use several transformational tools to keep you focused on your goals. Here are some of them, briefly explained:
Hypnosis is a completely natural state of consciousness that we all experience every day. If you ever get completely absorbed in a good film or a good book, or drive along a freeway and drift into a day dream you are entering into a form of natural hypnotic trance. You’re awake and aware but your conscious mind is distracted. A therapy using Hypnosis allows patients to focus intently on a specific problem and its resolution while maintaining a comfortable state of physical relaxation.
Clinical Hypnosis is a process that isolates and focuses on a specific physical problem, like pain, for instance. Pain is the result or manifestation of a dysfunctional communication between mind and body. Clinical Hypnosis permits the alignment between these two elements. As the person begins to understand the process of miscommunication, this would lead to understanding the cause that originates the pain.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing) is a more modern approach to communication and personal development. This technique deals with the dynamics between your mind’s functioning (neurological process), your language skills (linguistic), and your behavioral patterns learned through your life (programming). Accessing those three elements through therapy, and modifying their interplay, I can then help you with problems like phobias, depression, habit disorders, etc.
Life Coaching is a training process that will guide your life into confidence and motivation in order to achieve your personal goals. It is a way of life into success and joy. It consists on the implementation of techniques that will aloud you to focus and to organize your thoughts and ideas for better outcomes all around. Life Coaching will help you to achieve your goals. Better even: it will turn your dreams into realizations.
Past Life Regression Therapy (also known as Past Life Therapy, or Regression Therapy) is a process based upon the premise that we are eternal beings who carry forward learning experiences from one human lifetime to another. As eternal souls, we experience physical life on Earth in a series of human bodies/personalities. On a soul level, we choose each life as a means of learning the lessons we have set out for ourselves. Whether uncovering real past lives or not, the approach has helped many people resolve issues and get past stuck points that were resistant to other approaches. In addition, it is a fascinating way to experience other aspects of your self and personality.
Early Age Regression is another kind of therapy that, instead of addressing past life issues, focuses on specific moments from your present life. The goal is to focus on specific issues that happened between you and something or someone in our past. While using this therapy we search into specific ages in adulthood and/or childhood. When used, you would be able to focus on specific resentments and anger issues with the possibility to transform these problems into solutions. This usually means forgiving and letting go.
Solution Based Definitions is a strategy of action that will be included in our sessions during rapport and in trances to help you identify current attitudes that currently don’t help you live a better life, because of their destructive or negative nature. Once those attitudes are detected, we will constantly compare the present time thoughts with the destructive past attitudes. This will open a great window of opportunity to create a purpose for goals, development, achievement, and prosperity in your present life.
Meditation is a technique that once learned can give you a sense of calm, inner peace, and balance that benefits both your emotional well being and your overall health. These benefits don’t end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help you remain calmer through your day and can even improve certain medical conditions. If you like these technique, I then provide you with the knowledge of practical meditation techniques, “off the mat” sort to speak, and also teach you how to use it productively and constructively in your daily life. Among the different meditation techniques that exist, I use: guided meditation, mantra meditation, mindfulness meditation, and transcendental meditation.
